AI-Stock provides AI-generated stock research signals for Indian equity markets listed on the NSE. The Service delivers daily ranked stock picks with entry prices, target prices, and stop-loss levels derived from quantitative models using technical analysis, publicly available financial data, and news sentiment analysis.

AI-Stock is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor. The signals provided are for informational and research purposes only and do not constitute investment advice. Nothing on the Service should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult a qualified financial advisor before investing. Past model performance does not guarantee future results.

You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute signals to third parties; (b) scrape or automate access to the Service; (c) share account credentials with others; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All content, AI models, signal outputs, and website design are owned by AI-Stock. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without prior written consent.

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty. We do not warrant that signals will be profitable or that market data will be error-free. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on our signals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI-Stock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including investment losses, arising from use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
