By accessing or using DataRupee (“the Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DataRupee is a quantitative stock screener and research tool for Indian equity markets listed on the NSE. The Service uses machine learning models (XGBoost + FinBERT) to score and rank stocks based on technical, fundamental, and sentiment data. The Service publishes daily ranked research signals with model-computed entry levels, target prices, and stop-loss levels derived from quantitative models. These outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

DataRupee is NOT registered with SEBI as a Research Analyst under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, nor as an Investment Adviser under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. The signals and outputs provided by the Service are for informational and educational research purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, research reports under SEBI regulations, or any form of personalised financial recommendation. Nothing on the Service should be construed as a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. You must conduct your own due diligence and consult a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser before making any investment decision. Past model performance does not guarantee future results. Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks.

You agree not to: (a) resell or redistribute signals to third parties; (b) scrape or automate access to the Service; (c) share account credentials with others; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

All content, AI models, signal outputs, and website design are owned by DataRupee. You may not reproduce or distribute any part without prior written consent.

The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty. We do not warrant that signals will be profitable or that market data will be error-free. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on our signals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataRupee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including investment losses, arising from use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
