1. Nature of Our Services
DataRupee offers digital, web-based SaaS access (DataRupee Pro and DataRupee Max plans) providing AI-generated stock market research signals, confidence levels, entry points, target limits, and stop-loss projections for NSE equities. All signal delivery is completed dynamically and delivered immediately upon logging into the platform.
2. Subscription Term & Cancellation
- One-Time Payments: All premium plans (Pro ₹299 for 30 days and Max ₹599 for 90 days) are processed as one-time, non-recurring payments.
- No Auto-Renewal: We do not store your payment credentials or setup automatic renewal instructions. Your premium membership expires automatically on the exact date displayed in your account dashboard.
- No Active Cancellation Required: Because there are no recurring subscription charges, you do not need to proactively cancel your account to avoid future bills. Access will simply terminate at the end of the paid duration.
3. Refund Policy on Digital Goods
Due to the real-time, instantly consumable nature of digital data feeds, financial analysis models, and quantitative signals, we do not offer refunds once you have signed into your account and gained active access to any premium stock picks.
4. Payment Failures & Gateway Issues
In the event of a transaction failure where funds are debited from your bank account or card but access is not activated on the platform:
- We will automatically verify and reconcile the transaction within 24 hours.
- Once reconciled, we will either activate your full premium duration or initiate a refund.
- Refunds for unsuccessful order completions will be credited back to your original source of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
